The goal of the day was to help the museum sector understand the powerful trends in the mobile space that will fundamentally re-shape the way they can communicate with audiences, if they embrace them and ‘get it right.’ In closing the day, Jason said the most successful museums would, “think more like media companies with constant connections to their audiences – and less like souvenir vendors.”
