Tell Me a Story: Storytelling and Mobile – THE SWARM at MEX

The power of storytelling in communicating with audiences and creating value for consumers on mobile devices will be the topic of a talk called Tell Me a Story – to be given at MEX – the Mobile User Experience conference in London on 30 November.

Too often, great technology is, well, just great technology and too often a good story misses being told because it’s told using the wrong technology. When technology and stories work together, they can be a powerful force in taking a technology mainstream and in broadening the audience and impact of any story.

The presentation will look at:

  1. Case studies where storytelling and mobile technology have combined well.
  2. Outline trends around second-screen experiences, 3D and gesture that he believes will have a powerful impact on storytelling in the mobile space over the coming years.
  3. Present thinking about how these technologies could be applied to current and future stories to make them more compelling for audiences.

He will also be facilitating a workshop for the participants on the second day of the conference.

THE SWARM has a wealth of experience creating and working with digital content.  If you need help with mobile/digital content, or need workshops to help you generage great mobile content ideas, get in touch.
